Forex is traded on the 'over the counter' (OTC) market. This means that there is no central clearing house for all forex trades, and hence no 'official' price for forex quotes. Therefore different data feeds may differ slightly as they are determined using a different set of underlying rates. Our data feed is a consolidation of prices from a variety of forex liquidity providers. We receive bid and ask prices from our data provider. To determine the rate that we show on TradeHQ, and the rates used at the expiry of the trades, we use the average of the bid and ask prices

All our times are quoted as GMT. Currency quotes, excluding USDJPY are shown to 4 digits and are settled based on 4-digit currency quotes. USDJPY is shown and settled to 2 digits.

HedgeQ respects each individual's right to privacy. We value our relationship with you, and by providing us with Information, you are giving us your consent to collect, use and store the Information in the manner explained hereto:

We collect personal information from you when:

• you register an account with HedgeQ
• you make a transaction with us, be it a trade, a deposit or withdrawal.
• Any inquiries you may make through our support services

We collect this information so as to be able to communicate with you and update our services as necessary

We protect your Information by using data security technology and using tools such as firewalls and data encryption. We also require that you use a personal username and password every time you access your account. HedgeQ does not disclose your personal information to third parties and we will not sell your personal information. We will only distribute it to companies requiring it for payment processing or our identity verification purposes. We reserve ownership of, including the right to distribute; both open and historic trades placed but will not distribute personal information. We may, for example, publish a sentiment indicator which would be an amalgamation of all open or historic trades for a period of time.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain accurate personal information in our system.

Credit card data is sent over an encrypted network directly to our payment processors, we do NOT store your credit card information in any form.

We reserve the right to amend, revise, modify, and/or change this Privacy Policy at any time. Should we decide to make any changes to this Privacy Policy we will notify you of any such change by either posting notice on our website for public view or alternatively by notifying you by email of any changes to our policies.
